We print the tickets, provide the venue, run the bar, cook and serve you tasty food, provide music and entertainment, refund money towards your cause, and treat your guests... You have a great time and raise loads of money with nothing to lose. It's so easy!
How many people can you invite?
We can cater for 50 – 150 people. The more tickets you sell, the more money you will raise. We have found the best way to sell tickets is to find at least 10 people who share your motivation to raise funds and get them to sell 10-15 tickets each.
How do you raise money? The tickets can be sold for $32 per head. We will return to you $7 per ticket, plus 15% of the bar takings for the night. Here are some examples:
Can we have live music? We can also organise live music, depending on availability. We suggest the tickets would be sold for $35 to allow for the extra expense.

Here's how you can raise between $500 and several thousand dollars in one night... best of all, we do all the work! What is it? An evening meal and party with a gourmet cocktail style menu (tons of food to satisfy everyone), drinks and music. What do you have to do? Select a date, select the menu, sell tickets to all your friends (and their friends), collect the money, and turn up on the night. |
